SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Aestron has classified and managed suppliers, controlled the quality of goods at the source, ensured the traceability of the purchased goods. Furthermore, Aestron re-grades suppliers quarterly.
Level 1: MFR, Authorized distributors;
Level 2: OEMs, ODMs and EMS factories
Level 3: Qualified suppliers certified by a third party
Level 4: Other qualified suppliers.
QUALITY INSPECTION SYSTEM
01. Visual Inspection
⌾ All the incoming materials shall be photographed and recorded. Recognize the suppliers, brands, MPN, quantities and date code against the POs and upload the information to the company database.
⌾ External packing inspection. To check if the pack is complete and follow the requirements of the MSL standard and if the labels are from the MFR and if the label information is full.
02. QC Inspection
⌾ Labels comparison, take labels data from company database for consistency comparison.
⌾ Marking lnspection, according to the MFR datasheet, check the consistency of the marking.
⌾ Check with a microscope if the materials are flat, if their pins are bent or oxidized and if they comply with the requirements.
⌾ Compare the purchased materials with the golden sample or the historical database with the x-ray equipment.
⌾ Use a chip decap device to decap the purchased materials for analysis and compare them with the golden sample or the historical data.
03. The 3rd Laboratory Inspection
Send the parts with suspected defects to an approved cooperating third-party laboratory, such as the CETC and White Horse Laboratories, for further testing.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Aestron has created an independent database management system to ensure the traceability of all parts.
⌾ Photograph each incoming material and upload pictures such as labels and marking.
⌾ Upload the testing report and classify the data of X-ray inspection and die decapsulation.
⌾ Detailed data of incoming and outgoing materials
⌾ Detailed stock management data
CUSTOMER COMPLAINT PROCESSING SYSTEM
⌾ The customers provide the pictures of the packing list and external labels of the product with suspected defects, and Aestron finds the information in its database management system for the product and trace it to the related supplier.
⌾ The FA report: describe defects, test data and the proportion of defective products, etc.
⌾ Sample analysis: The customers send back the defective sample for Aestron to trace it to the supplier, send it back to the MFR or third-party authorities for its analysis. The analysis report will be provided.
⌾ Fill in the 8D report: Find out the causes, formulate the improvement measures and prevent such events from happening again.
